Finland is ready

The lesson learned from the Winter War was not forgotten in Finland.  During that conflict, the Finnish armed forces were lacking in everything except their determination (sisu).  Finland also learned, in this war and the next, how vulnerable she was to being cut off from supplies  and food.  The uncertainty of the Cold War heightened this perception.

All this led to the preparedness that has enabled Finland to meet the Covid-19 challenge today with remarkable success.
